The location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, 5 minutes' walk to Room. The staff are incredibly hospitable and cooperative, managed the parking nearby. Would go back in flash, I loved the stay.

The hotel's location was excellent, with a metro station right beside it and the Caspian Sea just down the street. The staff were incredibly hospitable, helpful, and friendly, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. They even arranged a great day tour for us.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially on my Thanksgiving holiday. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic - there were so many options to choose from and it was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip, as it was close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and attentive, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the best aspects of my trip was being able to stay in a room with unique half-circle windows, which added character and charm to the overall experience.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The room was a bit small and cramped, which made it hard to move around at times.

The City Hotel Baku is worth its 4 stars. The deluxe king room is equipped with convenient amenities such as satellite TV, a heating system, and ironing facilities. We had a pleasant experience with the friendly staff at the hotel. Additionally, there are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the hotel.

Pretty nice facilities in general, stunning location on embankment. For tea or coffee visit Hard Rock Cafe nearby. Lots of perfect food at breakfast time.

The rooms were new-fashioned and neat, had a bidet, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. The bed was extremely comfy with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The hotel had a very central setting right beside metro station.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city center. It made exploring so easy and convenient. The staff were also top-notch, especially Ruaf at reception. She was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. It's the attention to detail that really stood out for me - from the well-maintained rooms to the breakfast spread. Speaking of breakfast, there were so many options to choose from, and the quality was outstanding. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
